Netting the Float Lake Stock Pond. [12/12/2008]

This week we netted the Float Lake Stock Pond to remove any silvers and pike and to check on how the carp were growing. The bulk of these carp are destined to be stocked into the Guys Syndicate and Oxlease during the winter of 2009/2010. The fish were doing well and we estimate the majority of them will weigh low to mid-double by this time next year. This was the biggest fish we netted and weighed 19lb 10oz.
